Hello SSJ Families—Reminder that all next week students will be dismissed at 2:35 PM daily due to final exams. Winter Break is Dec 22–Jan 9, and Spring Semester begins Jan 12, 2026. Please encourage students to attend finals, do their best, and pass all classes to stay on track to graduate.

Hola familias de SSJ—Les recordamos que la próxima semana los estudiantes saldrán a las 2:35 p.m. todos los días por exámenes finales. Las vacaciones de invierno son del 22 de diciembre al 9 de enero y el semestre de primavera inicia el 12 de enero de 2026. Motiven a sus estudiantes a asistir a todos sus exámenes y aprobar sus clases para seguir en camino a la graduación.

We’re proud to announce that Linda Marquez High School – School of Social Justice (SSJ) has been named to the U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools list for 2025-2026!
Having earned this distinction last year as well, SSJ continues to prove that our students and staff are setting a high standard for academic success.
